If after your booking has been confirmed, the guest should fail to present themselves or cancel fourteen (14)days or less prior to the schedule booking date, then Graycliff would charge one night's stay of accommodation for every seven night stay of expected stay. Cancellations during the holiday weeks (December 20th - January 3rd) must be made 21 days in advance of schedule arrival. Failure to cancel 21 days in advance will result in 100% penalty.
Should a guest decide to depart prior to their scheduled check out date, they will be subject to full payment of original booking.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
