CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF ARRIVAL/NO SHOW/SHORT STAYS: 1 night per week reserved or less and 2 nights for longer periods, at the contract rate or special rate offered at the time of booking as a penalty.

All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
