Our rates are based on the room type and season. Certain restrictions apply. Advance Reservations are required. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to groups. Rates are per room, per night, vary by arrival date, and do not include taxes, fees & gratuities unless otherwise noted. Rates are subject to change.

48 hours notice of a cancellation is required for return of deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a cost of 1 night stay plus tax & fees.

Pets are allowed with prior approval – please contact our reservations desk for more information.

Regatta Policy:

All bookings for the Regatta Week April 22nd - 26th, 2015 will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, with the 50% non-refundable balance is due within 14 days of the scheduled booking.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
